Thank you for your participation in our conference! A few details about this event:


  • Please be sure to register all participants from your organization for this event so we have headcounts, session choices, knowledge of dietary needs and shuttle arrangements for everyone. NYSBHA will review registrations and delete costs/invoices for sponsors. Hotel costs are not included in your sponsorship. Please make arrangements to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott (if you wish) through our room block link.

  • All sessions, meals and breaks will be held in the Excelsior Springs banquet hall, which is adjacent to the Courtyard. Take hotel elevators to the bottom floor to the meeting space/sidewalk level, and the banquet hall is the building next door (left) about 30 steps away. Registration and exhibits will be in the foyer, just outside the meeting and meal rooms.

  • If your sponsorship level includes the opportunity to introduce a presentation, please contact Sarah to request an available session if you are interested.

  • Exhibit tables are 6 ft, draped in dark blue.  You have the option to set up tables after the networking reception, or Friday morning prior to breakfast at 7:30am. Basic wall outlets and wifi are available. Attendance at the networking reception is encouraged

  • Agenda is here to see the timing for the day.  Sponsors and exhibitors are welcome to attend all sessions and meals (cost is included in your sponsorship). 

  • Sponsors will be recognized during the reception via posters and a verbal thank you, during the welcoming remarks Friday morning prior to the keynote session and formally acknowledged again at the luncheon. 

  • Badges with sponsor and exhibitor ribbons will be made available as well if you would like to wear them.

  • Sponsors and exhibitors will be listed in Alliance handout materials as well.

  • We are giving out small tote bags so attendees should be able to collect papers and giveaways if you plan to provide them. As with all exhibits, visual displays and activities to entice attendees are welcome! Sponsors at the $3000 level or above will have their logo included on the tote bag.

  • An attendee list will be distributed a day prior to the conference so you have a sense of who is there.
